A domestic celebration during the 2007 Santa Fe Fiesta (New Mexico, USA)

Below is a short video from my research on the Santa Fe Fiesta. Eventually, I will ask the family in that video to come online and respond to it. Maybe they will; maybe they won’t. Maybe they will love it; maybe they’ll hate it. In any case, as part of my research, I’d like to take into account their reactions. However, before that, I’d like to have response from the world outside Santa Fe. What do you see? What questions do you have? What criticisms do you have? How is the video similar or different from what you are doing? Once I have response from you, then from the family, I would also like to invite responses from a few undergraduate students. After all this runs its course, I would like to assemble and edit it into a teachable unit on RitualStudiesDotCom. Anyone, anywhere could use it in a class. Teachers could supplement their lectures with it, or could even assign students to view it and answer exam questions on it. Then, if you really enjoy loops, you could post the best answers as responses to the original video.
